Material Covered

Protected material may include articles, program descriptions, written lessons, curricula, training presentations, photographs, illustrations, graphics, diagrams, audio, video, recordings, downloads, worksheets, page copy, and original code created specifically for the Company.

Copyright protects original expression. Names, logos, program titles, and other brand identifiers may also be protected by trademark or other laws.

Personal And Permitted Use

You may view public pages through a normal browser, share links to those pages, and use material in a way expressly authorized where it appears. You may print or save one public page for personal reference when the copy retains its notice and is not shared, sold, published, or used commercially.

Uses That Require Permission

Unless applicable law permits the use or written permission has been granted, you may not copy, republish, upload, distribute, transmit, sell, license, broadcast, publicly display, edit, translate, adapt, or create a derivative version of protected material. You may not remove ownership information, notices, watermarks, metadata, or access controls.

Recording a seminar, reproducing curriculum, distributing instructor material, or using Company material to teach, certify, market, or build a competing program requires specific written authorization.

Automated And Artificial Intelligence Use

You may not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, download in bulk, reproduce, summarize for commercial distribution, create a dataset from, train or improve an artificial intelligence model with, or generate substitute material from protected content without written permission.

Normal search engine indexing and accessibility technology used to help a person access the website are not prohibited by this paragraph.

Fair Use And Other Legal Rights

Nothing in this notice limits fair use, quotation, criticism, commentary, news reporting, scholarship, research, accessibility rights, or another use allowed by applicable law. Whether a use qualifies depends on its purpose, amount, context, and effect. Attribution alone does not create permission.

Outside Material

Logos, quotations, photographs, embedded media, and other material supplied by partners or outside parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to the Company or grant permission for reuse.

Permission Requests

To request permission, use the contact page and identify the exact material, intended use, audience, format, distribution, and whether the use is commercial. Permission is effective only when granted in writing by an authorized representative.

Report Suspected Infringement

If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, contact us through the contact page with enough information to identify the protected work, the material at issue, your contact details, and the basis for your claim.

Enforcement And Reservation Of Rights

The Company may revoke permission, request removal, restrict access, preserve evidence, or pursue other remedies when protected material is misused. Failure to enforce a right in one situation does not waive that right in another.
