Terms And Conditions
These terms govern use of the Baker Tactical Design website and the professional training, consulting, and program design services offered through it.
Effective September 8, 2026A written proposal, service agreement, registration notice, or waiver may contain additional terms. The more specific written agreement controls for that engagement.
This website is operated by Alan Baker Consultations, Inc., referred to as the Company, we, us, or our. Alan Baker Tactical Design is a professional training and program design brand operated through the Company.
Scope And Acceptance
These terms apply to your access to bakertacticaldesign.com and to professional training, consulting, instructor development, speaking, program design, and related services the Company offers through this website. By using the website or requesting services, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.
Professional Services And Agreements
Website descriptions and conversations are informational and do not create a binding engagement by themselves. Scope, dates, location, fees, travel, deliverables, personnel, and other requirements may be stated in a written proposal or service agreement. An engagement is confirmed only as stated in that agreement.
If a written agreement, waiver, or registration notice conflicts with these general terms, the more specific document controls for that service.
Scheduling, Transfers, And Cancellation
Unless a signed agreement provides different terms, payments for private training, consulting, program design, and speaking engagements are nonrefundable. With at least 30 days notice, eligible time or service credit may be transferred to another mutually available date. A transferred credit expires 12 months after the originally scheduled date.
If the Company cancels or cannot provide the agreed private service, the affected payment will be refunded. Public events listed or registered through Sifu Alan Baker are governed by the Event Registration, Cancellation, Transfer And Refund Policy.
Training Responsibilities And Safety
Defensive tactics and physical training involve inherent risks. Participants and organizations are responsible for following safety instructions, providing accurate information, using suitable facilities and equipment, obtaining required approvals, and determining whether participation is appropriate. A separate waiver or agency agreement may be required.
Clients remain responsible for their personnel, policies, legal compliance, certification requirements, operational decisions, and the authorized use of any training.
Independent Organizations
Agencies, schools, instructors, academies, associations, hosts, vendors, and other organizations connected with Alan Baker may be independently owned and operated. Training their instructors or working with them does not make the Company responsible for their operations, conduct, services, facilities, employees, contractors, or students.
Content And Acceptable Use
Website content and training material are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view public pages and share links for lawful personal or professional reference. You may not copy, republish, record, sell, distribute, adapt, scrape, or use protected material to build a competing product, dataset, automated system, or artificial intelligence model without written permission.

Information, Decisions, And Results
We work to keep website information accurate, but professional requirements, schedules, programs, and availability may change. Website information is not legal, medical, tactical, or agency policy advice. Governing Law And Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless applicable law or a signed agreement requires otherwise, legal proceedings must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Cherokee County, Georgia.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
